人血清内皮素水平与妊娠期高血压疾病的1∶1配对病例对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨人血清内皮素水平(ET)与妊娠期高血压疾病(HDP)的关系。方法对2016年1月1日~2017年12月31日在我院产检的妊娠期高血压孕妇共100例,按照年龄、孕周采取1∶1配对病例对照研究,收集孕妇基线特征,采集血样,采用单因素和多因素分析血清内皮素水平与妊娠期高血压疾病的关系。结果相关性分析发现,血清内皮素水平与妊娠期高血压存在相关性,按血清中内皮素水平进行3分位划分,发现随着内皮素水平的增高,发生妊娠期高血压的风险增大,并存在明显的剂量-反应关系。与ET水平<P25孕妇相比,ET水平在P25~P50之间孕妇发生妊娠期高血压的风险为10.47倍[OR=10.466,95%CI(2.768,39.574)],ET水平>P50孕妇发生妊娠期高血压的风险为41.80倍[OR=41.80,95%CI(10.78,162.1)]。结论血清内皮素水平与妊娠期高血压疾病存在相关性。Objective To explore the relationship between human serum endothelin (ET) level and hypertension disorders in pregnancy (HDP). Methods A total of 100 pregnant women with gestational hypertension examined in our hospital from Jan 1, 2016 to Dec 31, 2017, a 1∶1 case-control study was conducted according to age and gestational age. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression models were used to evaluate the relationship of serum endothelin level and hypertension disorders in pregnancy. Results Correlation analysis showed that there was a dose-response relationship between serum ET level and HDP. Compared with the pregnant women with ET level <P25, those with ET level of P25~P50 were more likely to have HDP [OR=10.466, 95%CI(2.768, 39.574)], as well as those with ET level of >P50 [OR=41.80, 95%CI(10.78,162.1)]. Conclusion There is correlation between endothelin level and hypertension disorders in pregnancy.
