摘  要:目的:研究超声提取夜来香总黄酮的工艺。方法:通过单因素实验和L9(34)正交实验,分析料液比、乙醇浓度和提取温度对夜来香根茎总黄酮得率的影响。结果:夜来香总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为料液比1∶25g·mL^-1,乙醇浓度40%,提取温度80℃。结论:采用超声提取得率高,操作简单,可用于夜来香根茎中总黄酮的提取。Objective:To study on Ultrasonic extraction technology of rhizome total flavonoids from Cestrum noctumum L.Methods:The effects of ethanol concentration,ratio of material to liquid and extraction temperature on the yield of rhizome total flavonoids from Cestrum noctumum L were analyzed by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.Results:The optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids were as follows:the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶25 g·mL^-1,the ethanol concentration was 40%,the extraction temperature was 80℃.Conclusion:The ultrasonic method has the advantages of high extraction rate and simple operation,and can be used for the extraction of rhizome total flavonoids from Cestrum noctumum L.
