摘　　要：目的:了解赣州市中心城区三级康复资源配置及康复服务开展情况,明确现状与问题,为赣州市中心城区康复医疗服务体系规划提供依据。方法:围绕康复科室设置、人力、床位、设备、转诊及服务提供等内容,对赣州市中心城区所有7家三级医院进行调查与现场考察。结果:调查机构中康复医师58人,康复治疗师103人,康复护士94人,康复病房床位627张。综合医院、专科医院、康复医院康复服务开展率为100.00%,康复诊疗项目涵盖传统康复、现代康复全部评估、诊疗服务。结论:赣州市中心城区三级医院康复医疗服务能力初步形成,但是在专业人员配置上存在许多问题。Objective:To investigate the central urban district of Ganzhou rehabilitation resources and services in the tertiary hospital,define the status and problems and provide suggestions for making rehabilitation medical service system planning.Methods:According to the establishment of rehabilitation department setting,manpower,beds,equipment,referrals service,the questionnaire survey and field investigation were carried out in all seven tertiary hospitals in the central urban district of Ganzhou.Results:There were 58 rehabilitation doctors,103 rehabilitation therapists,94 rehabilitation nurses and 627 rehabilitation beds in all institutions.The rates of carrying out rehabilitation services in General hospitals,specialized hospitals,rehabilitation hospitals were 100%.The rehabilitation projects cover both the traditional rehabilitation and the modern rehabilitation all evaluation,diagnosis and treatment services.Conclusions:The rehabilitation medical service ability of tertiary hospitals in central urban district of Ganzhou has initially formed,but there are many problems in the allocation of professionals.
