摘  要:电池管理系统是影响新能源汽车动力电池组正常、高效工作的决定性因素。通过对电池管理系统关键数据的监控,可以帮助测试人员及时发现电池组和电池管理系统存在的问题并及时修正。文章基于LabView2011图形化编程平台,设计了一套新能源汽车电池数据监控系统。系统中以CAN总线为通信媒介,通过使用图形化界面采集电池管理系统中的关键数据并以图形、图表、数字的方式直观显示,并且在系统中使用SQLServer数据库对系统工作中产生的关键数据进行实时存储和分析。The design of battery management system based on LabView for new energy vehicle battery data monitoring system is the decisive factor affecting the normal and efficient operation of new energy vehicle power battery pack. Through monitoring the key data of the battery management system, it can help the tester find the problems of battery pack and battery management system in time and correct them in time. Based on LabView 2011 graphical programming platform, this paper designs a new energy vehicle battery data monitoring system. In the system, CAN bus is used as the communication medium, the key data in the battery management system is collected by using graphical interface, and displayed intuitively in the form of graphics, charts and figures. In the system, the key data generated in the system work is stored and analyzed in real time by using SQL Server database.
