摘 要:两车碰撞不相容是被动安全面临的重大问题。文中阐述了碰撞相容性概念并介绍了MPDB测试情况,以该测试为基础,建立等效力学模型,系统分析了整车质量、前端刚度、能量分布对于碰撞相容性的影响规律。针对四种车型建立MPDB仿真模型,分析验证了3因素对于相容性的影响。提出限定前舱最大刚度、限定乘员舱最小刚度、均匀前端结构、增大壁障变形区域等相容性优化策略。针对某车型提出具体结构改进方案,优化提升了该车型的碰撞相容性。Incompatibility between two colliding cars is becoming an important issue in passive safety engineering. This paper introduces the concept of compatibility and MPDB test. Equivalent mechanical model is established to analyze the influence of vehicle mass, front-end stiffness and energy distribution. MPDB simulation for four certain vehicles was used to verify the influence of these three factors. Propose to limit the maximum front-end stiffness, limit minimum crew compart -ment stiffness, homogeneous front-end structures, wide barrier contact surface to improve crash compatibility. Specific and realistic structures are performed for certain vehicle to improve its crash compatibility.
