摘　　要：近十几年间,自主汽车品牌主机厂在中华大地如雨后春笋般破土而出。由于企业管理人员来自国有车企、互联网、制造业等不同的领域,对汽车制造必然存在不同的管理理念。在各种管理理念不断碰撞融合后,逐渐由粗放型高速发展向高质量平稳发展过渡,由会造车逐步迭变为造好车。在这一发展转变过程中,汽车制造企业进行质量管理策划和实施是相当重要的,文章就如何搭建汽车涂装专业的质量管理进行简要总结阐述。In recent years, the independent brand car makers have sprung up speared out in the earth. Because the enterprise management personnel from state-owned automakers, Internet, different fields such as manufacturing, management concept of automobile manufacture there must be different. After various management ideas constantly fusion, gradually transition from extensive development to high quality's steady development, by will build car idea into built step by step. In the process of this development change, automobile manufacturing enterprise quality management planning and implementation is very important, this article on how to set up car coating professional quality management are briefly summarized in this paper.
