摘  要:针对汽轮机叶盘系统由于失谐将产生局部化振动问题,搭建了失谐叶盘系统,对不同工况失谐叶盘系统进行固有频率和振型测量。结果表明:随着失谐量增加,叶盘系统的固有频率下降,失谐量越大,频率下降越明显;在节线数时,出现一边的振动失谐变化最明显,振动区域发生改变;在节线数时,在轮盘上的节经线变化明显,发生一定弯曲。因此,在制造汽轮机的叶轮时,应避免应力集中导致叶轮裂纹及损坏,保持轮盘平衡孔数为奇数。Aiming at the local vibration of turbine blade disk system due to mistuning, a mistuned blade disk system was built to measure the natural frequencies and vibration modes of the system under different working conditions.The results show that with the increase of detuning, the natural frequency of the blade disk system decreases, and the larger the detuning, the more obvious the frequency decrease.At the node number n = 2, the vibration dissonance of one side is the most obvious, and the vibration area changes;while at the number of knots n = 3, the meridians on the roulette wheel change significantly and a certain bending occurs.The amplitude of the symmetrical position of the simulated impeller is the same.Therefore, in the manufacture of turbine impeller, stress concentration should be avoided leading to impeller cracks and damage, and the number of disk balance holes should be odd.
