苏北地区农村居民生活方式与高血压关系的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:分析苏北农村居民的生活方式与高血压之间的关系,为农村高血压的科学化防治提供依据。方法:随机抽取江苏省淮阴区刘老庄镇、徐溜镇居民55人,对其进行问卷调查与访问,通过数据统计进行分。结果:男性高血压患病率高于女性;无论男性和女性,高血压患病率都随年龄增加而升高;良好的饮食习惯、戒烟限酒、保证睡眠、适度运动能对高血压产生积极预防和治疗功能。结论:培养民众健康的生活观念,改变不良生活方式,才能有效地预防和控制高血压。Objectives: To analyze the relationship between lifestyle and rural residents in northern Jiangsu and hypertension,to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of hypertension in rural areas.Methods: 55 residents of Liulaozhuang Town and Xuliu Town at Huaiyin District are randomly selected for questionnaires and visit.The data are statistically analyzed.Results: There are more male patient than female;the prevalence of hypertension increases with age;good eating habits,quit smoking and restrict alcohol,guarantee sleep and proper exercise will prevent the disease.Conclusion: only by cultivating the healthy living concept,and changing the unhealthy life style,can hypertension be prevented and controlled.
