摘 要:聚苯硫醚(PPS)是一种优异的特种工程塑料,是一种具有优异的耐化学腐蚀性、优良的机械性能、良好的热稳定性及高性价比的半结晶型高性能热塑性材料,化学工业中应用广泛。对聚苯硫醚(PPS)的几种合成方法进行了综述和对比评价,其中的硫化钠法和硫磺溶液法为目前主要的合成方法。并综述了聚苯硫醚的最新进展和应用,对聚苯硫醚的进一步合成研究的重点和方向提出了建议。Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS ) is a kind of excellent special engineering plastic. It is a part-crystalline high performance thermoplastic material, which possesses excellent chemical resistance, good thermal stability, mechanical property and higher price performance. The synthetic methods of polyphenylene sulfide were briefly discussed and compared. The sodium sulfide method and sulfur solution method were the main synthetic methods. The recent advancements and application of PPS were reviewed, and the research priorities and directions of PPS were proposed.
