摘  要:采用马钱子总碱为原料,以初黏力和剥离强度为指标,通过单因素试验考察NP700、甘羟铝、PVP、甘油的用量,并采用Box-Behnken响应曲面试验确定凝胶贴膏的基质处方。结果表明,马钱子凝胶贴膏的最优基质处方为:NP7003.90g、甘羟铝0.80g、PVP1.10g、甘油30.20g。在此条件下制备的马钱子凝胶贴膏基质处方合理,具有较好的成型性和黏性。Considering the ratio of NP700, aluminum glycinate, glycerinum and PVP K90 as investigation factors, initial adhesion and peel strength of the gel paste were determined. The matrix formulation was studied via the single factor methodologies, and the formulations were optimized through Box-Behnken response surface methodology. Results showed that the optimal matrix formulation of TASS was NP700 of 3.90 g, aluminum glycinate of 0.80 g, PVP of 1.10 g and glycerol of 30.20 g. The TASS gel paste prepared under the most optimal formulation had good adhesion and formability.
