摘 要:蒸汽发生器U型管与二次侧工质换热特性十分复杂,二回路工质在上升通道的入口处有一定的欠热度,导致传热面明显存在一个预热段。为此,首先以蒸汽发生器二次侧为研究对象,建立单通道模型,采用数值方法和解析方法分别针对倒U型管上升段和下降段求解了二次侧预热段高度;然后,计算分析了二次侧系统运行压力、循环倍率、给水温度和给水流量对预热段高度的影响。计算结果表明:数值方法和解析方法能够直观研究预热段高度的变化规律。The heat transfer characteristics between the primary and secondary circuits in the steam generator are very complicated. Expressly, there is an obvious preheating section due to a certain fluid under-heat degree at the inlet of the ascending passage in the secondary circuit. Therefore, a single-channel model is established with secondary side in steam generator as the research object. The numerical solution and analytical solution are used to solve the height of the secondary side preheating section for the U-shaped tube ascending and descending sections respectively. The influences of the preheating section height by secondary side system operating pressure, circulation ratio, feed water temperature and feed water flow rate are calculated and analyzed.The obtained results could be applied directly in the study of the variation law of the preheating section height.
