天枢穴穴位指压配合腹部轻推对中青年骨折术后腹胀的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:评价天枢穴穴位指压配合腹部轻推对中青年骨折术后腹胀的临床效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2017年1月-2019年2月收治的骨折术后腹胀的中青年患者106例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组53例。其中对照组予以常规治疗护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用天枢穴穴位指压配合腹部轻推疗法,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间均早于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后腹胀改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:天枢穴穴位指压配合腹部轻推能改善中青年骨折患者术后腹胀状况,促进胃肠功能恢复,提高护理满意度。Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Tianshu acupoint finger pressing combined with abdominal gentle massage on abdominal distension in young and middle-aged after fracture surgery. Method: A total of 106 young and middle-aged patients with abdominal distension after fracture surgery were selected from January 2017 to February 2019 in our hospital. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, 53 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment and nursing, while the observation group was given Tianshu acupoint finger pressing combined with abdominal gentle massage therapy on the basis of the control group, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Result: The recovery time of intestinal sound, anal exhaust time and defecation time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group, and the score of satisfaction scale for nursing work in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The improvement of abdominal distension in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Tianshu acupoint finger pressing combined with abdominal gentle push can improve the abdominal distension of young and middle-aged fracture patients, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and improve nursing satisfaction.
