品管圈活动在康复期精神分裂症患者社会功能恢复中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析品管圈活动在康复期精神分裂症患者社会功能恢复中的应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2016年6月-2018年6月收治的处于精神康复阶段的精神分裂症患者110例,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组55例。对照组采用常规护理干预措施,观察组在对照组基础上采用品管圈活动干预,比较两组护理前后精神状态及社会功能。结果:护理后,两组社会功能评分均得到显著提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者精神状态评分均明显降低,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动应用于康复期精神分裂症患者社会功能恢复阶段,能有效提高患者社会功能,改善精神状态,值得应用。Objective:To analyze the effect of the quality control circle activities in the recovery of social function of schizophrenic patients during rehabilitation period.Method:A total of 110 schizophrenic patients during mental rehabilitation period admitted in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given quality control circle activities intervention on the basis of the control group.The mental state and social function of the two groups before and after were compared.Result:After nursing,social function scores of both groups were significantly improved,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the mental state scores of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality control circle activities is applied in the recovery stage of social function of schizophrenia patients in mental rehabilitation period,which can effectively improve the social function of patients and improve their mental state,and is worthy of application.
