摘 要:电缆是最重要的电力传输设备,如过热会导致停电、火灾等事故发生。监控电缆的运行状态是电力安全可靠运行的关键环节。提出一种针对光纤电缆过热点进行的跨领域、多种技术共享的监测系统,利用反斯托克斯光强和相比斯托克斯光强的变化差异,实现电缆温度测量;利用光时域反射技术(OTDR),对过热点进行空间定位;利用远程监控设备,实时监测温度曲线、报警信息、历史数据、分析报表等资料。结合项目研究,对系统功能特点和创新点进行分析,结果表明:温度分辨率可达0.1℃,温度精度可达±1℃,单模测温距离可达30km。监测系统可提前发现潜在风险,强化运行质量,带来经济效益,为电力运行提供了科学的预警监测方案。The cable is the most important transmission equipment, but if it is over-hot, it will lead to accidents including blackouts and fires. The monitoring the cable status is the key to the safe and reliable operation of electric power. A cross-field, multi-technology shared monitoring system for the over-hot spot of a cable is proposed: the variation of anti-Stokes light intensity and Stokes light intensity is used to realize cable temperature measurement;the Optical Time-Domain Reflectance (OTDR) technology is used to locate the over-hot spot in space;the remote monitoring equipment is used to monitor temperature curve, alarm information, historical data and analytical report forms in real time. Combining with the project study, the functional characteristics and innovation points of the system are analyzed, showing that the temperature resolution can reach 0.1℃, the temperature accuracy can reach ±1℃, and the single-mode temperature measurement distance can reach 30 km. Using the monitoring system, potential risks can be found in advance, the management quality can be strengthened and considerable economic benefits can be brought, providing a scientific early warning monitoring scheme for the electric power operation.
