摘  要:针对传统隔离电路无法满足高压线性隔离的要求,提出了一种基于光纤隔离的高压线性隔离系统。首先,通过VFC将模拟信号转换为数字信号,经过光纤链路传送到接收端,然后经由FVC将数字信号还原。针对AD652讨论了VFC和FVC的原理,分析二者转换的一般表达式,尤其对FVC中的建立时间和纹波进行了深入的讨论。经实验测试,所提出的隔离电路的-3dB带宽是4kHz,噪声为20mV。与传统隔离电路相比,所提出的隔离电路的传输特性更好。It proposed a kind of high-voltage and linear isolator in this paper based on optical fiber isolation,to address the problem of the requirements of high voltage linear isolation.Firstly,analog signal was converted into digital signal by VFC and transferred by optical fiber,then the digital signal was recovered to analog signal by FVC.The principle of VFC and FVC based on AD652 was discussed in this paper.The conversion of the general expression was given out,the settling time of FVC and ripple were particularly discussed.Experiments demonstrated that -3 dB bandwidth of the proposed isolator is 4 kHz,and its noise is about20 mV.Compared with the traditional isolation circuit,the transmission characteristics of the isolation circuit are better.
