摘 要:为获得3段型包覆式复合侵彻体,采用非线性动力学软件AUTODYN-2D对包覆式复合侵彻体的形成过程进行数值模拟,分析相关参数对3段侵彻体成型的影响,结果表明:当包覆式聚能装药长径比为0.31~0.36,包覆物为球冠形,包覆物和药型罩间距和药型罩直径比值为0.005时,形成的3段侵彻体性能最优。并将成型的包覆式复合侵彻体对间隔钢靶进行侵彻模拟,结果表明:前两段侵彻体可为包覆有活性材料的复合侵彻体开辟无能耗通道。In order to obtain the three segment type coated composite penetrator,the forming process of the coated composite penetrator was simulated by using nonlinear dynamics software AUTODYN-2D,and the influence of related parameters on the three stage penetrator forming was analyzed.The results show that when the length diameter ratio of coated type shaped charge is 0.31 to 0.36,the coating is spherical crown shape,the ratio of the distance between the cladding and the liner to the liner diameter is 0.005,the performance of three segment penetrator is optimal.The coated composite penetrator was used to simulated the spaced steel target,and the results show that the first two segments can open a channel without energy consumption for composite penetrator coated with active material.
