摘 要:为了提高反轻型装甲目标弹药的毁伤能力,提出一种能够形成具有PELE效应EFP的新型弧锥结合药型罩。使用LS-DYNA有限元软件对EFP成型与侵彻过程进行数值模拟,分析了药型罩结构参数对EFP成型的影响规律与EFP对靶板的侵彻效应。结果表明:新型药型罩能够形成内含低密度材料的包覆式EFP,外层壁厚取0.35~0.85mm,装填物壁厚取0.2~1.6mm,内层壁厚取0.45~0.75mm时,形成的EFP性能较好。优化的药型罩能够形成具有明显PELE效应的EFP,对提升反轻型装甲目标弹药的毁伤能力有所帮助。In order to enhance the damage ability of anti light armored target ammunition,a new type of arc cone combination liner which could form explosively formed penetrator (EFP) with PELE effect was proposed.The numerical simulation of EFP forming and penetration was carried out by using the finite element software LS-DYNA,and the influence of the structural parameters of the liner on EFP molding and the penetration effect of EFP on the target were analyzed.The result shows that the new type of liner can form the wrapped EFP with low density material.When the thickness of the outer wall is 0.35~0.85 mm,the wall thickness of the filter is 0.2~1.6 mm,and the inner wall thickness is 0.45~0.75 mm,the formed EFP have relatively good performance.The optimized liner can form an EFP with distinct PELE effect,which is helpful to enhance the damage effectiveness of anti light armored target ammunition.
