面部皮肤缺损应用双叶瓣修复对提高手术有效率及降低并发症发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析在面部皮肤缺损患者的治疗中应用双叶瓣修复的临床效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年12月进入笔者所在医院接受治疗的面部皮肤缺损患者共68例,将其随机分组,试验组患者接受双叶瓣修复,对照组患者接受前额皮瓣修复。结果:试验组患者手术时间、出血量、住院总时间等基本情况显著优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后试验组并发症发生率为8.82%,对照组为23.53%,试验组显著较低(P<0.05)。试验组手术有效率91.18%,显著优于对照组的73.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与前额皮瓣修复治疗相比,在面部皮肤缺损患者的治疗中应用双叶瓣修复的效果更显著,可以明显缩短患者手术时间,减少患者术中出血量,缩短患者住院总时间;降低患者并发症发生率,故方案推广意义大。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of double-leaf flap repair in the treatment of patients with facial skin defects.Method:A total of 68 patients with facial skin defects who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled.The patients in the experimental group were treated with double-leaf flaps.The control group received forehead flap repair.Result:The basic conditions of operation time,blood loss and total hospitalization time in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate was 8.82% in the experimental group and 23.53% in the control group,which was significantly lower in the experimental group(P<0.05). The effective rate of the experimental group was 91.18%,which was significantly better than 73.53% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the treatment of forehead flap,the effect of double-leaf flap repair in patients with facial skin defect is more significant,which can significantly shorten the operation time of patients,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,shorten the total hospitalization time of patients.The incidence of complications decreased,so the promotion of the program is of great significance.
