β-受体阻滞剂在心力衰竭治疗中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析β-受体阻滞剂在心力衰竭治疗中的应用。方法:本次研究对象选取笔者所在医院于2016年10月-2018年12月收治的100例心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组(50例)和试验组(50例),对照组患者接受常规药物治疗,试验组患者在接受常规药物治疗的基础上接受β-受体阻断剂药物治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果、生存质量评分、心功能指标及不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组患者的临床总有效率为96.00%,而对照组患者的临床总有效率为78.00%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的生存质量评分显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的心功能指标显著优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的不良反应发生率为14.00%,而对照组患者的不良反应发生率为10.00%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:心力衰竭患者接受β-受体阻断剂治疗后的疗效显著,其生存质量有所改善,且心功能指标也有所改善,安全性更高,值得临床推广。Objective:To analyze the application of β-blockers in the treatment of heart failure.Method:One hundred patients with heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the control group(50 cases) and the experimental group(50 cases).The control group received conventional drugs.Patients in the experimental group received β-blocker drug therapy on the basis of conventional drug therapy.And the treatment effect,quality of life score,cardiac function index and adverse reaction occurred in the two groups were compared.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 96.00%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 78.00%,the difference of the data was statistically significant(P<0.05).The survival quality score of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart function index of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 14.00%,the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 10.00%,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The patients with heart failure have significant curative effect after receiving β-blockers.The quality of life has improved,and the cardiac function index has improved.It is safer and worthy of clinical promotion.
