情志护理在三伏天穴位贴敷治疗哮喘中的应用及对患者不良反应发生的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨情志护理在三伏天穴位贴敷治疗哮喘中的应用及对患者不良反应发生的影响。方法:选取2015年6月-2016年4月笔者所在医院收治的哮喘患者96例,依据治疗方式的不同将其分成两组,每组48例。对照组应用三伏天穴位贴敷,研究组联合应用情志护理。比较两组中医临床症状及体征总评分、心理状态、不良反应发生情况。结果:干预后,研究组各时间点中医临床症状及体征总评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为8.3%,显著低于对照组的20.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷治疗联合情志护理可有效缓解哮喘患者的临床症状,降低患者在治疗过程中发生不良反应的风险。Objective:To explore the application of emotional nursing in the treatment of asthma with acupoint application of sanfutian and its influence on the adverse reaction in patients.Method:A total of 96 patients with asthma treated in our hospital from June 2015 to April 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sanfutian acupoint application,and the study group was combined with emotional nursing.The total scores of clinical symptoms and signs of TCM,psychological status and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:After intervention,the total scores of clinical symptoms and signs of TCM in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group at each time point,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 8.3%,which was significantly lower than 20.8% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application combined with emotional nursing can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of asthma patients and reduce the risk of adverse reactions in the course of treatment.
