摘　　要：数字时代,档案资源创新开发利用呼吁3个转变:视角转换、路径转型、实践转向。本文首先提出数字档案资源开发利用应从记忆技术(关注存管)走向技术记忆(关注内容),实现视角的转换;进而基于技术记忆视角,分析数字档案资源开发利用路径转型,表现在3个方面:档案开发从表征向深度复杂计算转型,档案利用从单一向高阶多维价值发现转型,关键技术应从分布离散应用向融合协同创新转型,最后探索面向数字人文的档案资源创新开发利用,推动实践转向。In the digital age, the innovative development and utilization of archival resources calls for three changes: perspective transformation, path transformation and practice transformation. Firstly, this study proposes that the development and utilization of digital archival resources should shift from technologies of memory (focus on storage and management) to memory of technologies (focus on content) to realize the transformation of perspective. Then, based on the perspective of memory of technologies, this paper analyzes the transformation of development and utilization path of digital archival resources, which is manifested in three aspects: the transformation of archives development from representation to deep complex computing, the transformation of archives utilization from single to high-order multidimensional value discovery, and the transformation of key technologies from distributed discrete applications to integrated collaborative innovation. Finally, the authors explore the innovative development and utilization of archival resources oriented to digital humanities, and promote the practice turn.
