摘  要:用艾绒提取液对改性棉织物进行染色,分析了染色pH、染色温度、染色时间、色素用量、媒染方式对改性棉织物染色性能的影响,测试了染色织物的颜色特征值,耐洗、耐摩擦和日晒色牢度。研究结果表明,艾绒色素上染改性棉织物的速度较快,最佳染色工艺为:染液pH7,染色温度100℃,保温时间60min。直接染色棉织物的色牢度均在4级以上,经媒染处理后棉织物的色牢度无明显提高。An ultrasonic water bath is used to extract the moxa pigment. The effect of dyeing pH value, dyeing temperature, dyeing time, dosage of moxa extraction and mordant dyeing method on dyeing performance of cotton fabrics is researched. The color characteristics value, washing, rubbing and light fastness of dyed cotton fabrics are tested. The results show that the speed of dyeing modified cotton fabric is faster, and the optimum dyeing process is pH value 7, and dyeing at 100℃ for 60 min. The washing, rubbing and light fastness of direct cotton dyeings can reach 4 class, and the fastness of cotton mordant dyeings is not obviously enhanced.
