摘 要:为解决废弃纺织纤维资源化利用问题,降低建筑能源的消耗,以聚乙二醇、废弃纤维、铜粉和不饱和聚酯树脂为原料,通过双辊混炼——热压成型法,以及手糊成型工艺制备废弃纤维自控相变蓄能材料。结果表明,废弃纤维与铜粉及聚乙二醇之间的结合方式是物理结合。以蓄能能力为检测指标,通过单因素试验,优化出最佳工艺条件为:铜粉质量分数1.95%、聚乙二醇质量分数63.05%、废弃纤维质量分数35%。在此优化工艺条件下,制得的废弃纤维自控相变蓄能材料的相变焓值为129.7J/g。废弃纤维自控相变蓄能材料的相变蓄能能力良好,力学性能优良,适用于建筑工业等领域,具有广阔的应用前景。In order to solve the reuse problem of waste textile fibers and reduce the consumption of building energy, polyethylene glycol, discarded fibers, copper powder and unsaturated polyester resin are used as raw materials, and discarded fiber self-controlled phase change energy storage material is prepared by double roll mixing, lending-hot pressing and hand paste forming method. The results show that the bonding mode between discarded fibers, copper powder and polyethylene glycol is physical crosslinking. Taking energy storage capacity as the main factor, through single factor experiments, the optimum technological conditions are optimized as follows: the mass fraction of copper powder is 1.95%, the mass fraction of polyethylene glycol is 63.05%, and the mass fraction of discarded fiber is 35%. Under the optimized technological conditions, the phase change enthalpy of the prepared discarded fiber self-controlled phase change energy storage material is 129.7 J/g. The discarded fiber self-controlled phase change energy storage material has good phase change energy storage capability and excellent mechanical properties, is suitable for construction industry and has broad application prospect.
