摘 要:基于对段彩纱、竹节纱等花式纱线结构的研究,经过纤维原料的选择、纺纱工艺参数的优化和细纱设备的改造,成功开发出JC/T/N60/20/2042tex新型花式纱线。设计的花式纱结构独特,色彩可控性好,能够满足多种面料的开发要求。The single torsional limit and repeated torsional fatigue of four kinds of fibers such as soybean protein fiber, Pearl fiber, Tencel fiber and milk protein fiber are tested by twist tester, and the tensile performance before and after torsion is also tested. The results show that the single torsional limit of soybean protein fiber is larger, but the performance of soybean protein fibers decreases obviously under repeated torsion, and the decrease of tensile performance after torsion for a certain number of turns is also obvious. In production, attention should be paid to reducing the twist of fiber to prolong the service life of products.
