摘 要:为了准确检测纺织品中2,4-二氨基甲苯含量,确定最佳的检测工况条件,基于传统的2,4-二氨基甲苯气相色谱分析方法,采用溶液萃取法对样品进行富集和净化,研究萃取溶剂、衍生温度、衍生时间等因素对纺织品中2,4-二氨基甲苯检测的影响。研究结果表明,衍生时间、萃取溶剂以及衍生温度等因素都会对2,4-二氨基甲苯的检测产生显著影响,当选择溶剂为甲苯、衍生温度为30℃、衍生时间为40min时检测效果最优。In order to accurately detect 2,4-diaminotoluene in textiles and determine the optimum testing conditions, based on the traditional gas chromatographic method for 2,4-diaminotoluene, the sample is enriched and purified by solution extraction method, and the influence of different factors such as extraction solvent, derivatization temperature and derivatization time on the detection of2,4-diaminotoluene in textiles is studied. The results show that the derivatization time, extraction solvent and derivatization temperature have significant effects on the detection of 2,4-diaminotoluene. When the solvent is selected to be toluene, the derivatization temperature is 30℃and the derivatization time is 40 min, the detection effect is the most excellent.
