摘 要:磁性蛋白印迹复合微球因其特异性识别、高效分离目标蛋白的优点在蛋白分离和检测中具有重要的应用价值.由于蛋白分子自身的结构性质,磁性蛋白印迹材料在制备及进一步提升性能方面还面临着诸多的挑战.本文综述了磁性蛋白印迹复合微球的制备方法及提高其印迹效率的设计策略方面的研究进展,并介绍了磁性蛋白印迹复合微球在蛋白分离、免疫分析、生物传感等方面的应用研究新进展.Magnetic protein-imprinted composite microspheres (MPIPs) have important application value in protein separation and detection owing to their specific recognition and efficient separation of target proteins. However, due to the structural properties of protein molecules, magnetic imprinted materials still face many challenges on improving their preparation and performance. This paper reviews the progress in preparation methods of MPIPs and the design strategies for improving their imprinting efficiency. And the applications of MPIPs in the fields, such as, protein separation, immunoassay and biosensing are also summarized.
