摘　　要：目的探讨持续质量改进对提高帕金森病患者八段锦运动依从性的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选择2017年1月—2018年12月在首都医科大学宣武医院神经内科帕金森病区住院的206例患者为研究对象。将2017年1—12月收治的102例帕金森病患者纳入质量改进前的对照组,将2018年1—12月收治的104例帕金森病患者纳入质量改进后的试验组。采用统一帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、帕金森患者功能锻炼依从性量表评估干预的效果。结果试验组患者出院时UPDRS、HAMA、HAMD得分低于对照组,功能锻炼依从性量表得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过护理质量持续改进能够提升帕金森患者八段锦运动的依从性,改善了患者的疾病症状和焦虑抑郁情绪,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement on improving the Parkinson patients' compliance with Baduanjin exercise. Methods By convenience sampling, a total of 206 patients hospitalized in the Parkinson Disease Ward, Neurology Department, Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects. A total of 102 patients with Parkinson disease admitted from January to December 2017 were included in the control group before quality improvement, and 104 patients with Parkinson disease from January to December 2018 were included in the experimental group after quality improvement. Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Parkinson's Functional Exercise Compliance Scale were used to evaluate the effect of intervention. Results The scores of UPDRS, HAMA and HAMD in the experimental group at discharge were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of functional exercise compliance scale were higher than those in the control group with statistically significance (P<0.05). Conclusions Continuous improvement of nursing quality can improve the compliance of Parkinson patients with Baduanjin exercise, improve their symptoms of disease, anxiety and depression, which is worthy of clinical application.
