摘  要:设计了一种监测管道壁厚变化、腐蚀减薄和结构应力分布变化的集成检测系统,管道监测模块包含超声波测厚、涡流、电化学腐蚀速度监测和磁记忆应力诊断等4种方式,管道的检测不再局限于一种检测方法,而是可获得多方面有关管道腐蚀及安全性的信息,显著提高了检测的可靠性及效率.另外,在实施管道监测时,将多套监测模块布置在不同管道及管道上的不同位置,从多参数识别到数据融合,检测人员可对被监测管道的总体安全性做出综合判断,这在管道的腐蚀状态监测、健康监测和寿命预估等方面有广泛的应用前景.This paper designed a comprehensive testing system for monitoring the thickness and structure stress distribution changes in pipeline. The pipeline monitoring module includes ultrasonic thickness measurement, eddy current and electrochemical corrosion rate monitoring and magnetic memory stress diagnosis. The testing results are no longer confined to one testing method and are characteristic of multi-information about the corrosion and safety of the pipeline, which significantly improves the testing reliability and efficiency. In addition, multiple sets of monitoring modules are arranged in different piping systems and different position. The testers can make a comprehensive judgment on the safety of the monitored pipeline from the multi parameter identification to the data fusion, which will have a wide application prospects in the pipeline corrosion condition monitoring, health monitoring and life prediction.
