摘 要:目的:调查全国中医医疗机构护理队伍建设现状。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷,于2019年2月对805家中医医疗机构进行调查。结果:805家中医医疗机构护理人力配置低于相关标准,护士以合同制聘用形式为主,职称以初级为主,中医药院校毕业或中医护理专业毕业的护士比例偏低,新入职护士培训内容缺乏统一标准,专科护士存在流失现象。结论:805家中医医疗机构护理人力不足,职称分布不合理,队伍存在不稳定因素,需要进一步采取相应措施,优化中医护理队伍构成,促进中医护理队伍发展。Objective: To investigate the status quo of nurse staffing in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) medical institutions. Methods: A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate nurse staffing in 805 TCM medical institutions in China in February 2019. Results: We found nursing shortage in these 805 TCM medical institutions, with staffing indices lower than relevant national standards. A majority of nurses were temporarily employed by the institutions. They mainly held the primary title. The nursing education they received was mostly based on the western nursing education system. Furthermore, unified training standards for new nurses were lacking. There was a considerable turnover rate among specialized nurses in these institutions. Conclusion: Nursing shortage exists in TCM medical institutions across the country. The makeup of titles among nurses is unreasonable. There are unstable factors among nurses which may affect their retention. We need to take further measures to optimize the makeup of TCM nursing team, so as to promote the development of this team.
