摘　　要：本文从项目背景、项目内容、项目评价和项目成果等方面介绍了美国重症监护护士协会的床旁护理调研员培训项目。我国应借鉴其项目经验,开展护士领导变革的相关课程,鼓励护士主导的临床护理质量持续改进和证据应用等变革项目的实施。To introduce the Clinical Scene Investigator training project of the American Association of Critical-care Nurses (AACN) from the aspects of project background, content, evaluation and achievements. We should learn from the experience, carry out relevant courses for nurse leadership change, and encourage the implementation of change projects such as continuous improvement of clinical nursing quality and application of evidence.
