1999—2018年我国腹腔镜术后促进排气护理文献的计量学分析

摘　　要：目的分析我国腹腔镜术后促进排气护理文献的研究现状和发展态势,为腹腔镜术后促进排气的护理实践提供参考依据。方法利用文献计量学方法和Note Express 2.0软件,对CNKI和万方数据库1999年1月1日—2018年12月31日收录的腹腔镜术后促进排气护理相关文献的发表年度、文献类型、研究内容、研究热点、被引频次、基金资助等方面进行分析。结果共筛选出455篇文献,1999—2017年文献数量呈逐年上升趋势,2018年文献数量有所回落,近5年(2014—2018年)发文量318篇,占69.74%。文献以临床试验、类实验性研究为主,占86.37%;经验介绍、病例报告类文献50篇,占10.99%。研究内容主要集中在护理干预促进胃肠功能恢复等方面。论文被引频次在10次以上的61篇,占13.41%;最高被引频次为39次。接受基金资助的文献30篇,占6.59%。结论腹腔镜术后促进排气护理研究文献的数量总体呈逐年上升后回落趋势,但近5年文献数量、质量均快速提高;研究内容、研究对象以及研究的深度、广度、质量均有很大的提升空间。Objective To analyze the research status and development trend of nursing literature on promoting exhaust after laparoscopic surgery in China, and to provide reference for the nursing practice of promoting exhaust after laparoscopic surgery. Methods Using bibliometrics and NoteExpress 2.0 software, the publication year, literature type, research content, research hotspots, cited frequency and fund support of related literature on promoting exhaust nursing after laparoscopic surgery included in CNKI and Wanfang database from January 1st, 1999 to December 31st, 2018 were analyzed. Results A total of 455 papers were screened out. The number of papers increased year by year from 1999 to 2017. The number of papers declined in 2018. 318 papers were published in the past five years (from 2014 to 2018), accounting for 69.74%. Clinical experiments and experimental studies were the main literature, accounting for 86.37%;there were 50 experience introduction and case reports, accounting for 10.99%. The researches mainly focused on nursing intervention to promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function. Totally 61 papers were cited more than 10 times, accounting for 13.41%;the highest cited frequency was 39 times. Thirty papers (6.59%) were funded. Conclusions The number of literatures on promoting exhaust nursing after laparoscopic surgery increased year by year and then decreased, but in the past five years, the quantity and quality of literatures have been rapidly improved;the research content, object of study, and the depth, breadth and quality of the research all have great room for improvement.
