摘 要:本文以十二烷脱氢反应为模型,考查了载体水热处理温度和水热处理时间2个变量对最终催化剂脱氢性能的影响。水热处理前后的载体采用XRD、N2物理吸附、NH3-TPD表征。结果表明:水热处理温度和时间的增加都能够促进氧化铝晶粒的生长,提高载体的平均孔径。水热处理降低了载体的比表面积和酸量,使十二烷的转化率减小,十二烯的选择性增加。在催化剂负载量为Pt0.3%、Sn0.54%、Li0.5%的条件下,700℃水热处理时催化剂的性能最好,水热处理时间的延长对催化剂失活的影响较小。In this paper, with the dehydrogenation of dodecane as model reaction, the effects of temperature and time during hydrothermal treatment of alumina support on the performance of catalysts were investigated. The properties of the supports before and after hydrothermal treatment were characterized by XRD, N2-adsorption and NH3-TPD. The results showed that hydrothermal treatment for longer time and/or at higher temperature can promote the growth of crystalline grains, thus leading to an increase in the average pore size of supports. Hydrothermal treatment reduces the acidity and specific surface area of alumina supports, leading to higher selectivity of dodecene and lower conversion of dodecane. The catalyst with a composition of Pt0.3%-Sn0.54%-Li0.5% and prepared with support treated at 700 ℃ shows the best performance, while longer time of treatment shows only slightly impact on the deactivation.
