摘 要:设计了一种使用萃取精馏隔壁塔从费托合成油C6馏分中分离烯烃的工艺流程。选择一种高温费托合成油的C6馏分作为原料,对于现有工艺及隔壁塔工艺流程利用AspenPlus进行了模拟及优化,并对两种工艺进行了比较。结果表明:隔壁塔工艺简化了流程,节能效果也较为明显,总热负荷相对现有流程降低了16.5%;但隔壁塔工艺的烯烃回收率有所降低。本文的研究结果为从费托合成油品中分离出烯烃提出了新的思路。In this paper, a process for separating C6 olefins from C6-Cut of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis oil using an extractive dividing wall column was proposed. For this purpose, the existing process and the propose process were simulated and optimized by Aspen Plus simulation. The results show that using an extractive dividing wall column not only makes the separation process simple but also reduces the total energy consumption by 16.5% as compared to that of the existing process though the olefin recovery ratio is slightly deceased. The study demonstrates that using a process consisting of an extractive dividing wall column is feasible, which provides a new way for separating olefins from Fischer-Tropsch synthetic oil.
