钒渣加NaOH块样焙烧条件对块样孔隙率和钒提取率的影响

摘  要:研究了碱种类、造块加水量、碱添加量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间5个因素对钒渣焙烧块样孔隙率和钒提取率的影响。结果表明,当焙烧条件相同时,加NaOH的焙烧块样表面有许多粒径约0.5 mm的大孔,而加Na2CO3的焙烧块样表面没有大孔,两者的孔隙率分别为32%和6%,钒提取率分别为92%和52%。加水量为3%时,NaOH焙烧块样孔隙率达最大值36.7%,钒提取率在加水量为4.5%时达最大值97%。NaOH添加量为35.5%时焙烧块样孔隙率达到最大值38%,钒提取率同时达到最大值98%。焙烧温度为740℃时,NaOH焙烧块样孔隙率达到最大值40%,680℃时钒提取率达到最大值97%。800℃下焙烧60 min时NaOH焙烧块样孔隙率达到最大值40%,钒提取率也达到最大值96%。焙烧块样孔隙率和钒提取率之间有明显的正相关性。The effects of five factors of alkali types,pelletization water addition,alkali addition,roasting temperature and time on porosity and vanadium extraction rate of the roasted pellets from vanadium slag were studied.The results show that the surface of roasted pellets with NaOH addition has many large pores with a diameter of about 0.5 mm,while the surface of roasted pellets with Na2CO3 addition has no such macropores.Moreover,the porosity of the two pellets with NaOH and Na2CO3 addition is 32% and 6%,and the vanadium extraction rate is 92% and 52%,respectively.When water addition is 3%,the porosity of roasted pellets with NaOH addition reaches a maximum of 36.7%,while the vanadium extraction rate reaches a maximum of 97% with 4.5% water addition.When NaOH addition is 35.5%,the porosity of roasted pellets reaches a maximum of 38% and the vanadium extraction rate also reaches a maximum of 98%.When the roasting temperature is 740 ℃,the porosity of roasted pellets with NaOH addition reaches a maximum of 40%,while the vanadium extraction rate reaches a maximum of 97% at the roasting temperature of 680 ℃.When the roasting time is 60 min at 800 ℃,the porosity of roasted pellets with NaOH addition reaches a maximum of 40% and the vanadium extraction rate also reaches a maximum of 96%.There is a positive correlation between the porosity and the vanadium extraction rate of roasted pellets.
