淀粉酶钻完井液体系的研究与评价

摘  要:针对钻井液中的聚合物类物质堵塞地层流体孔隙、降低渗透率、对油层造成伤害的问题,研制了淀粉酶钻完井液体系,并进行了性能评价.选用的淀粉酶的最适反应温度为95℃,最适反应pH为6.0.Na^+对淀粉酶活力具有较大促进作用,当Na+的质量浓度为80mg/L时,对淀粉酶活力的促进作用最强,活力提高30%.钙、镁离子对淀粉酶活力不具有促进作用.在辽河油田常用的KCl防塌钻井液配方体系中加入1~1000μg/g的淀粉酶,钻完井液体系的黏度均下降,酶的浓度越低,黏度降低的速度越慢.使用淀粉酶钻完井液体系对形成的泥饼进行了降解能力实验,发现淀粉酶的浓度越高,泥饼降解的速度越快.In consideration of the problem of the blockage of formation fluid pores by polymer like substances in drilling fluid which may reduce permeability and damage oil reservoir, an amylase drilling and completion fluid system was developed, and its performance was evaluated. The optimum reaction temperature is 95 ℃ for the amylum selected, and the optimum reaction pH value of the amylum is 6.0. Na^+ can promote the activity of amylase greatly with the activity of amylase being the highest when the mass concentration of Na^+ is 80 mg/L which means a 30% increase in activity. Calcium and magnesium ions have no promoter effect on the activity of amylase. The viscosity of the KCl drilling and completion fluid system commonly used in Liaohe Oilfield was reduced after 1 to 1 000 μg/g amylase was added to it with the viscosity reduction rate being lower for smaller amylase concentration. The amylase drilling and completion fluid system was used to conduct the degradation experiment for the mud cakes formed, and it was found in the experiment that the higher the concentration of amylase is, the higher the mud cake degradation rate is.
