摘  要:针对常规酸化在渤海油田应用效果逐渐变差的问题,提出了一种施工简单、成本低廉的海上油田用自生泡沫酸化技术.该自生泡沫体系以碳酸氢钠和盐酸为生气剂主剂,在65℃的油藏温度条件下,产气量高达120mL/g.采用0.8%QP-2+0.2%WP-1复配体系为起泡剂,选择质量分数为0.2%的瓜尔胶为稳泡剂,该体系的起泡体积为360mL,半衰期高达90min.室内动态驱替实验结果表明,在渗透率极差为3.6的岩心中,含水岩心分流量比降低了72%,含油岩心分流量比降低了49%.该自生气泡沫酸化体系具有较强的分流能力,对油水具有较强的选择性,适合海上非均质性强的储层的改造.In view of the problem that the application effect of conventional acidification technology deteriorates gradually in Bohai Oilfield, a self-generating foam acidification technology that can be used in offshore oilfield is presented which is featured by simple construction and low cost. This self-generating foam acidification system was prepared with sodium hydrogencarbonate and hydrochloric acid as blowing agent, i.e. the main agent, and the gas production rate was as high as 120 mL/g at the reservoir temperature of 65 ℃. A compound system comprised of 0.8% QP-2 and 0.2% WP-1 was used as the foaming agent, and a guar gum of the mass fraction of 0.2% was used as the foam stabilizer. The foaming volume of this system is 360 mL with the half life period being as high as 90 min. According to the results of laboratory dynamic displacement experiment, aqueous core shunt volume was reduced by 72%, and oil core shunt volume was reduced by 49% in the core with the extremely low permeability of 3.6. This self-generating foam acidification technology has strong shunt capability and high selectivity for oil and water, and therefore is suitable for being used in the modification of strong heterogeneous reservoir.
