基于NIM网络理论探讨中医套餐疗法防治肿瘤相关性抑郁的研究

摘　　要：防治肿瘤相关性抑郁是以"人"为核心的现代医学治疗模式,神经-内分泌-免疫网络调控紊乱是肿瘤与抑郁障碍的共同病理基础,中医药治疗肿瘤及抑郁独具特色,集辨证中药汤剂、耳针、脐贴、中医特色护理、宣教与沟通为一体的中医套餐疗法临床治疗肿瘤相关性抑郁彰显疗效。基于此,探讨中医套餐疗法防治肿瘤相关性抑郁的机制,进一步印证其可行性与有效性。Prevention and treatment of cancer related depression is the urgent need of modern medical mode with "human" as the core. The regulation disorder of neuro-endocrine-immune network is the common pathological basis for cancer and depressive disorder. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is unique in treating cancer and depression. TCM package therapy includes syndrome differentiation,Chinese medicinals,decoctions,ear acupuncture,umbilical sticker,TCM nursing,education and communication,and it is effective in treating cancer-related depression. According to this understanding,the mechanism of TCM package therapy in preventing cancer-related depression was explored to further verify its feasibility and effectiveness.
