简帛医方中疗效预判研究

摘　　要：简帛文献中有不少医方,这些医方除了记载治疗的疾病,药物名称和剂量,以及使用方法之外,还会对其疗效作出预判。有的医方起效快,疗效佳;有的医方起效慢,需要反复用药。简帛医方中记载的疗效,大多源于古人长期的临床观察和经验总结。There are many medical prescriptions in the bamboo-slip and silk manuscripts, which record efficacy of the treatment, in addition to the records of diseases cured, medicine names with dosages, methods of usage and prognosis of efficacy. Some prescriptions work quickly to demonstrate good effects;others are slower to be taken repeatedly. Most of the efficacy of the treatment recorded in those medical prescriptions stem from the summary for long-term clinical observation and experience of the ancients.
