摘 要:黄瓜果型是非常重要的外观商品性状,CsSUN是调控黄瓜果型的关键基因。为了明确SUN基因家族在黄瓜中的潜在功能,本研究对其成员进行了全基因组鉴定,分析了黄瓜SUN基因家族成员及其编码蛋白的结构,比较了黄瓜、拟南芥和番茄SUN基因家族的进化关系,并明确了黄瓜SUN基因家族在染色体上的分布和组织表达特异性。结果表明:黄瓜SUN基因家族包含28个成员,编码的蛋白均含有IQD结构域,其核心基序为IQ基序(IQxxxRGxxxR)。黄瓜SUN基因家族成员在果实和根中表达的数量较多,在茎和卷须中表达的较少。本研究为深入研究SUN基因家族各成员在黄瓜中的作用提供了一定的理论依据。The fruit shape of cucumber is an important appearance commodity character. CsSUN was the key gene to regulate cucumber fruit shape. In order to clarify the potential function of SUN family members in cucumber, the whole genomic identification of SUN family was performed in this study. The structure of cucumber SUN family genes and their encoded proteins were analyzed, and the evolutionary relationship of SUN proteins was compared among cucumber, Arabidopsis and tomato, and the distribution of SUN genes on cucumber chromosome and their tissue expression pattern were clarified. The results showed that there were 28 members in Cucumber SUN gene famil. All encoded protein contained IQD domains, and ther core motif was IQ motif (IQxxxRGxxR). SUN family members express highly in fruit and root, but only few in stem and tendril. This study provided a theoretical basis for further studying the roles of SUN gene family members in cucumber.
