摘　　要：目的构建综合医院科研管理模式,以提升学科竞争力。方法应用精益六西格玛的理念的五步骤构建综合医院科研管理模式。结果定义了科研管理框架,测量和分析了存在的问题,提出医院科研管理的改进方案并进行了实施,推进项目管理全流程优化的路径,改进管理流程,提升科研管理的质量。结论建立了一支专兼职人才融合的科研人才队伍,构建了上海市级的研究所和研究中心,医院科技竞争力跨入到全国百强,学科综合实力显著提升。Objective To construct a scientific research management model in comprehensive hospitals to enhance the competitiveness of disciplines. Methods Lean Six Sigma was used to construct the scientific research management model in comprehensive hospitals. Results The framework of scientific research management was defined,the existing prob lems were measured and analyzed,the improvement scheme was put forward and carried out,which promoted the path of optimizing the whole process of project management,improved the management process and the quality of sci entific research management. Conclusion A team of full-time and part-time talents has been established. Shanghai-level research institutes and research centers have been constructed,the competitiveness of hospital science and technology has stepped into the top 100 in China,and the comprehensive strength of discipline has been significantly improved.
