摘　　要：目的构建一个公平、公正、有效、精准的公立医院内部学科评估模型。方法选取同济大学附属第十人民医院某年的学科数据,用层次分析法、熵权法以及组合赋权法,分别从主观、客观以及主客观相结合的角度对各项指标进行赋权,建立一套适合于公立医院临床医学重点学科遴选评审、阶段考核和周期验收通用的重点学科建设评价指标体系。结果通过整个项目过程探究学科评估各种模型的合理性与逻辑性,并提出相应的模型改进建议。结论组合赋权法可以对医院内部真实有效的数据建立分析评价模型,所得出的结论可以作为学科评估的重要依据。Objective To establish a fair,just,effective and accurate evaluation model of disciplines inside public hospi tals. Methods Analytic Hierarchy Process,Entropy Method and Combination weighting method were used to establish an evaluation index system of key disciplines of Shanghai Tenth People’s Hospital of Tongji University,which was suitable for the selection,evaluation and stage assessment. Results The rationality and logicality of various models are explored, and corresponding suggestions for model improvement are put forward. Conclusion Combination weighting method can be used to establish an analysis and evaluation model based on real and effective data inside hospitals,and the conclu sions can be used as an important basis for discipline evaluation.
