摘  要:工业用活塞式压缩机的活塞存在两大劣化倾向,其一,活塞钨金在正常运行情况下,也会产生磨损,从而活塞沉底间隙最终不达标而报废;其二,活塞环槽在活塞环的磨损下,环槽变宽,导致运行中出现响声,甚至活塞环频繁断裂。本文通过对劣化的形成进行分析,延缓劣化的周期,再通过小改,使已经报废的活塞重复使用。There are two major tendency to degrade the piston of the industrial piston compressor. First, the piston tungsten will wear out under normal operating conditions, so that the piston bottom clearance will eventually fail to meet the standard;second, under the wear of the piston ring, the ring groove becomes wider, causing sounds during operation and even the piston ring to break frequently. By analyzing the formation of deterioration, delaying the period of deterioration, and then making small changes, the pistons that have been scrapped are reused.
