关节镜下清理术联合钻孔减压术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对膝关节骨性关节炎患者联合采取关节镜下清理术与钻孔减压术治疗的临床效果。方法选取2016年5月至2019年6月90例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,将其分为两组,每组45例。对照组采取关节镜下清理术治疗,观察组在此基础上联合钻孔减压术治疗。比较两组的总有效率,休息、活动疼痛评分,关节功能评分。结果观察组总有效率为95.56%(43/45),对照组为75.56%(34/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组休息、活动疼痛评分明显低于对照组,关节功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论联合应用关节镜下清理术与钻孔减压术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎可取得更显著的疗效,减轻关节疼痛,改善关节功能,具有较高的治疗价值。Objective To investigate the effect of arthroscopic debridement combined with drilling decompression in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Ninety patients with knee osteoarthritis from May 2016 to June 2019 were enrolled and divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group. Forty-five patients in the control group underwent arthroscopic debridement, and 45 patients in the observation group were treated with drilling decompression in addition.The total effective rate, rest and motion pain scores and joint function scores were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 95.56%(43/45) in the observation group and 75.56%(34/45) in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the resting and active pain scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the joint function score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Joint application of arthroscopic debridement and drilling decompression in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can achieve more significant effect, reduce joint pain, improve joint function, and has high therapeutic value.
