通用型浅色钢丝绳润滑脂的研制

摘　　要：介绍了一种以两个牌号的石油蜡为复合稠化剂稠化浅色矿物基础油,并加入适合分子量的黏附剂、高效的极压添加剂和防锈添加剂而制备的通用型浅色钢丝绳润滑脂产品,具有优异的黏附性能、极压抗磨性能及防锈性能。通过与国内普通产品比较发现:产品的外观、滴点、滑落试验、低温性能、极压性能、盐雾试验及黏附性能方面均优于国内普通产品。该产品可以同时作为麻芯脂和表面脂应用于钢丝绳上,也可以根据钢丝绳用户要求添加染色剂赋予产品不同的颜色,满足不同客户的需求。The study introduced a general light-colored steel wire rope grease with excellent adhesive property,extreme pressure&wear resistance and rust resistance,which was produced by blending two grades of petroleum wax and light color mineral base oil,and adding some adhesion agent with suitable molecular weight,high efficiency extreme pressure additive and anti-rust additive.It was found that the appearance of the product,drop point,slide test,low temperature performance,extreme pressure performance,salt spray test and adhesive performance are superior to those of domestic common products.The product can be applied to the steel wire rope as both hemp cored grease and surface grease,and can be given different colors by adding colouring agent according to the request of the client.
