全氢工艺生产系列变压器油的研究

摘　　要：以绥中36-1原油减一线馏分油为原料,采用中海油气(泰州)石化有限公司全氢工艺生产变压器油基础油,经过添加抗氧剂后,产品满足GB 2536-2011中I-20℃特殊级别指标要求;经过与全氢工艺生产的石蜡基变压器油基础油调合并添加抗氧剂后,其产品性能满足GB 2536-2011中I-30℃特殊级别指标要求。制备出的变压器油系列产品各项指标与国内知名品牌性能相当,在低温性能、抗氧化性能等方面更加优异。Taking SZ 36-1 vacuum side cut 1 distillate as raw material,transformer base oil was produced by full hydrogenation process of CNOOC Oil & Gas( Taizhou) Petrochemical Co.,LTD. After adding antioxidant,the product could satisfy the special grade indexes I-20 ℃ of GB 2536-2011. After blending with the paraffinic transformer base oil produced by full hydrogenation process and adding antioxidant,the product could satisfy the special grade indexes I-30 ℃ of GB 2536-2011. The prepared transformer oils are comparable to domestic well-known brands products,especially in low temperature performance and antioxidation performance.
