摘 要:切胶工序是制约RHY615产量和质量的一道"瓶颈"工序,针对手动切胶机效率低、安全性差等缺点,以手动切胶机为基础,介绍了自动切胶机的设计计算,利用SolidWorks软件建立了切胶机的三维模型,以台达PLC为控制中枢,进行了软、硬件系统设计,给出了具体的控制方案和相应PLC程序,在硬件设备选型和线路设计上充分进行了抗干扰分析。通过切胶测试,切胶效率比传统切胶机提高4~5倍,胶块尺寸完全符合工艺要求,系统的可靠性和稳定性均满足工艺要求。The process of rubber cutting is the main constraint on the yield and quality of RHY615.Aimed at the disadvantages of manual rubber cutting machine such as low-efficiency and poor security,this article gave an introduction on the design calculation of the automatic rubber cutting machine based on the manual rubber cutting machine.Three-dimensional model of rubber cutting machine was established by SolidWorks software.Taking Delta PLC as the control center,the designs of software and hardware systems were carried out,the concrete control scheme and relevant PLC program were provided,and the anti-interference analysis was fully made in hardware equipment option and line design.Rubber cutting test results show that the efficiency of automatic rubber cutting machine enhances4 to 5 times compared with traditional rubber cutting machine,the size of rubbers as well as both reliability and stability of the system can completely meet the process requirements.
