摘　　要：以上海轨道交通网络运营指挥调度大楼项目BIM应用为例,通过BIM技术进行精细化设计,提高设计的质量和品质;通过智慧建造管理平台的应用,实现精益化施工、集成化交付、智慧化管理的目标。Taking the BIM application of Shanghai Rail Transit Network Operation Command and Control Building Project as an example,the deisgn quality can be improved through the fine design of BIM technology,and the goal of lean construction,integrated delivery and intelligent management can be achieved through the application of smart construction management platform.
