摘　　要：一座建筑从设计到建造的完整呈现,是建筑师关心的不变的话题。在建筑呈现出空间、细节、材质与色彩的同时,也表达了建筑师对于建筑及其设计本身的思想与态度。以成功建成并交付使用的苏州工业园区唯康幼儿园项目为例,介绍基层建筑师由设计管理向工程建设全过程项目管理跨界转型的故事与感悟,为迎接国家大力推行"建筑师负责制"做好经验积累与思想准备。The complete presentation of a building,from design to construction,is a constant topic of concern for every architect.While the building presents space,detail,material and color,it also expresses the architect’s thoughts and attitudes towards the building and its design itself.Taking the WeCome kindergarten Project of Suzhou Industrial Park,which has been successfully built and delivered,as an example,it introduces the stories and sentiments of the grassroots architects from the design management to the project management cross-border transformation in the whole process of project construction,and vigorously promotes the"architecture responsibility system"for the country."Accelerate experience and mental preparation.
