摘 要:产教融合过程中,企业逻辑与学校逻辑往往在成果转化与项目研究、教育培训与人才培养、人才利用与技能提升、产业转型升级与学科专业建设等方面出现冲突。冲突的影响体现为产教融合平台基础不够稳固,难以实现可持续发展;产教融合存在"合而难融"现象,"最后一公里"难以打通;企业容易产生投机行为,产教融合会出现中断风险;产教融合运行机制不畅,校企合作容易走向形式主义。产教融合中企业逻辑与学校逻辑之间的冲突调适需要实现利益的选择性耦合,增强产教融合的动力;建立健全产教融合法律与政策,为产教深度融合提供有力支持;构建良好的合作运行机制,保障产教融合的效果;培育社会责任感,倡导企业支持教育的奉献情怀。In the process of integration of production and education,enterprise logic and school logic often conflict in the aspects of achievement transformation and project research,educational training,talent cultivation,talent utilization and skill upgrading,industrial transformation and upgrading,as well as discipline construction.The impact of the conflict is reflected in the fact that the platform for the integration of production and education is not stable enough to achieve sustainable development;the integration of production and education has the phenomenon of"combined and difficult to integrate",and the phenomenon of the"last mile"is difficult to get through;enterprises are prone to speculation,the integration of production and education will be interrupted;the mechanism of production and education integration is not smooth,and school-enterprise cooperation is easy to slide towards formalism.The conflict between enterprise logic and school logic in the integration of production and education needs to realize the selective coupling of interests,enhance the driving force of integration of production and education,establish and perfect the law and policy of integration of production and education,provide strong support for the deep integration of production and education;establish a good cooperative operation mechanism to guarantee the effect of the integration of production and education;foster a sense of social responsibility and advocate the dedication of corporates to support education.
