摘　　要：目的:观察胰腺手术后外分泌功能不全患者予以胰酶制剂替代治疗的效果.方法:选取胰腺手术后外分泌功能不全患者70例,予胰酶制剂治疗.结果:患者治疗后消化道症状及再发性疼痛明显缓解;平均体重保持稳定并略有增加(P<0.05);胃肠生活质量童表评分增加(P<0.05).结论:胰酶制剂长期替代治疗能有效改善腋腺手术后外分泌功能不全患者的消化道症状及生存质量.Objective To observe the efficacy of pancreatic enzyme preparation in the treatment of digestive tract symptoms and quality of life in patients with exocrine (fysfunction after pancreatic surgery. Methods Patients with exocrine insuffidency after pancreatic surgery were treated with trypsin Results Digestive symptoms and recurrent pain were relieved after treatment The average body we妙t remained stable and increased slightly (P<0.05). Gastrointestinal quality of life scale score increased (P<0.05). Conclusion Long-term replacement therapy with pancreatic enzyme preparation can effectively improve gastrointestinal symptoms and quality of life in patients with exocrine insufficiency after pancreatic surgery.
